Want to cancel your order?
Login in your account and under your orders, place a cancellation request or reach out to us with your order id on WhatsApp within 1 hour of placing your order for cancellation assistance. Please note that the payment gateway charges are non-refundable on order cancellations.

🔁 Exchange Policy
At Kleeves, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes exchanges are necessary, and we aim to make the process as seamless as possible. Please review our exchange policy guidelines below:-
(1) No Returns, Only Exchanges:
We believe in getting it right the first time! Please double-check the size chart before placing your order. If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll provide a coupon with no expiry date - no questions asked. If you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us at kleeves.official@gmail.com.
(2) 4-Day Exchange Window:
We've got your back for four days! Our Exchange Policy kicks in from the day you receive your product.
(3) Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a size exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, with all product tags intact, and in its original packaging. Remember, you need to report any size exchange requests within 4 days of delivery.
(4) How to Initiate an Exchange:
Drop us a line at whatsapp- 7840820838 or email us at kleeves.official@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the product name & size you wish to exchange.
(5) Out-of-Stock Items:
If the item you desire is unavailable, fret not! We'll offer you a custom code or store credit as an alternative within 1-2 business days.
(6) Shipping Instructions:
Once your exchange request is approved, we'll send you comprehensive instructions on how to pack and ship the item(s) back to us. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
(7) Exchange Costs:
We offer FREE exchanges at your doorstep for all orders.
To keep the process smooth and efficient, we currently allow one exchange per order. We recommend referring to our size guide before placing your order to avoid the need for exchanges.
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, the replacement will be subject to the same exchange fee mentioned above.
In cases of defective or incorrect items, we’ve got you covered completely!
(8) Quality Control Inspection:
Our dedicated quality control team will meticulously inspect the merchandise upon receipt to ensure it meets our exchange policy criteria. If everything checks out, we'll process the exchange within 1 business day.
(9) Defective Product Clause - Mandatory Proof Required
If you receive a defective or damaged product, it is essential to inform us within 2 days of receipt.
You must share clear images or a video highlighting the defect via email or WhatsApp during this period.
⚠️ Please note:
If we are not informed about the defect within 2 days along with proper visual proof, we will not be able to process any exchange or replacement request for that item.

💵Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For orders placed using Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), a small amount is collected in advance to confirm the order.
In case the customer refuses to accept the shipment or is unavailable at the time of delivery, the prepaid COD amount will be non-refundable and forfeited. This amount is used to cover logistics, delivery, and handling charges incurred by Kleeves. By choosing Partial COD at checkout, the customer agrees to this condition.
🔒 Additional Notes:
-Return pickup depends on your pin code. If unavailable, you may be asked to ship it yourself and we’ll reimburse reasonable shipping charges.
-We reserve the right to approve or deny return requests after reviewing submitted evidence.
